Requirements

• Education required: M.D., D.O.
• Post terminal degree education (e.g., residency, postdoctoral training/fellowships): Residency training in Family Medicine.
• Certifications/Registrations/Licensure required for the position: License from Texas Medical Board required to practice medicine in the State of Texas. Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• No prior practice experience required.
